About Us

Cosmic Con NY is the ultimate gathering for all things geek and pop culture in the heart of New York City. Born in 2023, our inaugural event made waves and marked the beginning of a thrilling journey into the world of comics, art, and fandom. Now, we're back with a bang, and we're ready to take you on another incredible adventure!


Join us on Feb. 17-18, 2024, at the Tangram Center in Queens, NY for Cosmic Comic Con III! 

On Feb. 17-18 2024 we will be hosting our third event at the Tangram Center in Queens NY. Cosmic Comic Con III will take the opportunity to celebrate Wolverine's 50th anniversary with Joe Rubinstein (Wolverine Limited Series artist)  John Hebert (Punisher, Captain America & Spider-man artist).  Several prominent Voice actors like Tony Daniels (Tony the Tiger, Gambit, Wolverine ++)  Larry Kenney - Peter Newman - Lynne Lipton (Thundercats)  Many more to be confirmed as we get closer to the show

Jesse Simon Has been referred to a "Comic Book Royalty" being the grandson of the legendary Joe Simon. Jesse has an immense wealth of knowledge of the golden age of comics, the creation of Captain America, hiring of Stan Lee and everything to do with Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. John Hebert has been many things- or maybe he’s been CALLED many things- among them, firefighter, fingerprint examiner, fire marshal and mainly , “Artist”. Born in a galaxy far, far away, known as “Troy, NY, he began drawing on the walls at the tender age of 4. Several years later, he was hired to draw his first comic book some 2 days before his graduation from art school way back in the dark days called “The 1980’s” and subsequently moved quickly through the ranks of the independents to Marvel where he spent some 6 years making comic book art magic. John has worked on such projects as “Punisher, Deathlok, Captain America, Nomad, Spider-man, X-Men Adventures, The Twilight Empire, Sable, Mars Attacks! and Jonny Quest. After an extended vacation form the business in the late 90’s, he has drifted back into the game, working on William Shatner’s online “Man O’ War and recently received a publishing award at NY’s Copacabana for his efforts on Stan Lee’s “God Woke” graphic novel. He still does freelance work and enjoys meeting the fans and spending time talking with them(don’t get him started)and doing sketches and he even ran for office several years ago. He lives in the Capitol Region of New York state with his beloved family, their pets and “a whole mess of cars” and is currently designing wrestling toys.
